Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy
We ship all over the country. If there is any problem with your location, we will contact you immediately and help you with your order. Shipping locations may vary due to restrictions and other issues beyond our control.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends or holidays .
For a limited time only! All products on the site with free shipping!
Delivery of the shipment will be coordinated with the customer by Israel Post / Bauxit / Axlot
Delivery of a working mobile phone is necessary to receive quality and fast service
Tracking information can be found in the email within 72 hours after making a payment and receiving an actual payment confirmation from a credit company
Delivery of the products within 7 to 21 business days
If for some reason you have not received your order within 30 business days of the day of purchase, contact us and we will send you a full refund
Orders for more than 1 item that come from different warehouses will be delivered in separate shipments*
Super Teva for you is not responsible for any customs and taxes that will be applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (rates, taxes, etc.).
Orders over NIS 240 ($75) will be charged a customs clearance fee of 17% - you will be notified by SMS or email.
You can cancel the deal by contacting the company's customer service by e-mail. The cancellation of the deal will be valid only after receiving an e-mail from the company confirming the request to cancel the deal. In case the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the company and all costs involved in returning the product will be applied to the customer. The return of the product will be done when it is in its original packaging together with the original invoice and that 60 days have not yet passed from the date of purchase of the product and the product has not been used at all.
A product opened from its original packaging will not be refunded.
Do not send the product without receiving an address from us! In this case you will not be entitled to a refund!
It is the customer's responsibility to pack the product in additional packaging in order to paste and write the required details for the Israel Post in order to send the product back.
- If the product arrived damaged or broken, you will have to send a photo to our service team (in the support email) and therefore, according to the supplier's decision, the website team will send you a new product at no cost or a full credit coupon for the total cost of the product, according to your choice.
- For transaction cancellations due to a "defective product", the site team will give a full refund after sending the product back to the company's offices and/or to the product supplier and according to the site regulations
If one of the ordered products is out of stock but was not updated on the website at the time of ordering, the website representative will contact the customer by phone or e-mail for a decision on the continuation of the order
